Description

  • Own a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts and serve as the executive sponsor for key client relationships.
  • Drive retention, expansion, and growth across population health and AI platform accounts.
  • Lead platform deployment, operationalization, adoption, and scaling with client stakeholders.
  • Partner with C-suite executives to align platform value with operational, financial, clinical, and strategic goals.
  • Translate platform capabilities into boardroom-level discussions tied to ROI, efficiency, and transformation.
  • Track and deliver on CARR, ARR expansion, churn reduction, NPS, and CSAT targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, AI, and Delivery teams to align roadmap and execution.
  • Mentor and develop Associate Partners, Project Managers, and Customer Success Leaders.
  • Support clients in expanding platform use cases and introducing new products to existing accounts.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and measurable outcomes across both population health and AI platform engagements.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare provider services or enterprise healthcare technology.
  • 5–10+ years in customer success, enterprise account leadership, or platform delivery leadership roles.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise software, population health, data, analytics, or AI platforms in complex healthcare environments.
  • Experience supporting deployment and adoption of enterprise AI platforms, workflow automation platforms, or large-scale data platforms.
  • Experience managing strategic client relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated success driving CARR, ARR expansion, churn, NPS, and CSAT.
  • Strong understanding of population health platforms, enterprise data platforms, and AI-enabled workflow solutions.
  • Ability to translate platform capabilities into measurable financial and operational outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presence.
  • MBA, MHA, MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Preferred location in the East or Midwest region.
