Description

  • Manage client and contracting activities for assigned pharmacy organizations and support networks.
  • Oversee monthly reporting, access management, and network processes for assigned pharmacy clients.
  • Participate in pharmacy-sector PQS business initiatives and new product development, including launch readiness and adoption efforts.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain contracts for assigned pharmacy clients.
  • Establish service levels and improve client engagement with EQUIPP performance information.
  • Create client communications and internal updates, including monthly notes and refresh notices.
  • Lead weekly client services calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set annual account goals and support the work from new request identification through deployment.
  • Manage relationships with a select group of pharmacy clients and tailor approaches to client needs.
  • Provide guidance, training, and resources on medication-related quality measures and EQUIPP use.
  • Support the service desk by responding to contract-related and general client questions.
  • Travel to client headquarters, conferences, and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Solid understanding of the pharmacy marketplace.
  • Solid understanding of quality measurement for medication use and management.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Stars, HEDIS, and/or pharmacy clinical services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to observe high levels of business protocol and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sensitive timelines.
  • Understanding of quality measurement systems.
  • Approximately 30% travel required.
