Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of egocentric robotics data collection programs from kickoff through final hour acceptance.
  • Develop and maintain a reusable collection playbook that can be adapted across client engagements.
  • Build standardized delivery assets such as SOPs, onboarding materials, training curricula, scorecards, rubrics, and tracking systems.
  • Monitor daily project progress, identify bottlenecks, and keep delivery on track against hour targets and acceptance rates.
  • Respond to client QA feedback within 24 hours and drive improvements in quality, diversity, and task adherence.
  • Collaborate with Robotics Solutions Engineers to align on scope, success metrics, and collection execution plans.
  • Translate robotics model and technical requirements into clear data collection specifications and contributor guidance.
  • Partner with client robotics and ML teams to adjust collection programs as data needs evolve.
  • Oversee contributor recruitment, onboarding, and training at scale across multiple regions.
  • Manage hardware procurement, configuration, shipping, recovery, and redeployment across collection markets.
  • Enforce fraud prevention protocols and maintain a quality-first collection process.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for robotics clients and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bring frontline client feedback into product and roadmap discussions and represent Innodata at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data collection, content operations, or program management.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing large-scale contributor or workforce programs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with robotics or Physical AI systems, such as perception/control stacks, egocentric data pipelines, teleoperation, or simulation, strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of robotics model architectures including VLMs, VLAs, ACTs, and world models.
  • Experience with egocentric video data collection, computer vision datasets, or multimodal robotics training data.
  • Strong operational and project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams and geographies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical specifications into clear guidance for non-technical contributors.
  • Experience working in a B2B delivery context with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in data/AI/robotics delivery, solutions engineering, or technical program management is a strong plus.
