Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital products and customer-facing experiences across web, email, banner, and IVA channels.
  • Partner with product, UX, and creative teams to turn business requirements and design concepts into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers and enforce coding standards, quality, security, performance, and maintainability expectations.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to support technical growth and continuous improvement.
  • Drive technical decision-making on solution approaches, trade-offs, and implementation strategies.
  • Lead sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and resolve technical and operational issues proactively.
  • Coordinate work across engineering, QA, DevOps, and production support teams.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders and communicate status, risks, and recommendations.
  • Champion engineering best practices, cloud-native delivery, and adoption of automation and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, web application development, or technology delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or in an engineering leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading distributed or globally aligned engineering teams.
  • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices-based architectures.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma and translating designs into production-ready solutions.
  • Exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Git-based version control and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based development.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools, LLM-based applications, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms, customer experience solutions, or content-driven web applications, preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment, preferred.
  • Exposure to headless CMS platforms, composable architectures, or modern digital experience platforms, preferred.
  • Relevant cloud or technology certifications, preferred.
