Description

  • Lead complex projects independently, with occasional support from an Assistant Project Manager.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for projects and liaison across account, creative, strategy, technology, operations, accounting, and administration teams.
  • Manage end-to-end project development in accordance with established business processes and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit medical/legal materials following client guidelines.
  • Create project status documents and communicate updates internally and externally.
  • Lead daily and weekly production meetings.
  • Develop project milestones, detailed schedules, staffing plans, and budget reports.
  • Monitor project and campaign budgets, including monthly reconciliation meetings and weekly budget reviews.
  • Identify project risks and secure needed internal and external resources.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and support training and management of Assistant Project Managers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Pharmaceutical marketing agency experience required; AOR experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA).
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams across account services, creative, strategy, database, interactive, and print production.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and managing their timelines and needs.
  • Experience using MS Project or SmartSheets.
  • Advanced experience using a project management financial platform.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience leading process improvement efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
