Description

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned creative and production projects from brief intake through delivery.
  • Maintain accurate real-time project status in the OMG workflow system.
  • Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, and QA teams to manage dependencies, review cycles, and milestones.
  • Identify SLA risks early and escalate issues with proposed resolutions before deadlines are missed.
  • Review incoming briefs for completeness, clarify scope, and flag ambiguities before routing work.
  • Manage version control, asset filing, and final delivery logistics to spec.
  • Contribute to weekly status reporting and quarterly business review preparation.
  • Support onboarding of new workstreams by documenting workflows and building templates.
  • Communicate proactively with US-based account managers and client-facing team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or production coordination in a creative, marketing, or content production environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as OMG, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English.
  • Spanish proficiency is an advantage for the Mexico City hub.
  • Experience working in distributed, multicultural teams across different time zones.
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset with the ability to flag problems early and recommend next steps.
  • Understanding of creative production workflows across digital channels such as email, paid social, display, and video is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow and resource management tools, with willingness to develop proficiency in OMG's AI-assist capabilities.
  • A systematic, data-driven, and outcome-focused approach to capacity planning and problem-solving.
