Description

  • Serve as the internal point of contact for all projects and partner with account teams and development teams across strategy, creative, technology, operations, accounting, and administration.
  • Manage end-to-end project development according to established business processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing programs from brainstorming through execution.
  • Play a key role in decisions related to process, project resources, budgets, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects follow required processes and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess project feasibility based on scope and training, and coordinate internal and external resources as needed.
  • Identify project risks, propose course corrections, and keep work on track.
  • Create project milestones, detailed schedules, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop estimates for hours and out-of-pocket expenses for new projects and support budget recovery when projects go off track.
  • Co-lead client status calls with account services, including agenda updates and discussions of project status, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience working with creative teams.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or pharmaceutical marketing setting.
  • Experience managing budgets, developing timelines, and creating status agendas.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 people across strategy, creative, technology, event planning, print production, and finance.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Experience building rapport and managing vendor or agency partner relationships.
  • Remote work in PST hours or hybrid work out of the San Francisco office.
  • Preferred: experience presenting agency capabilities and process internally and externally.
  • Preferred: ability to motivate teams to make decisions and commit to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Preferred: familiarity with regulatory requirements in project delivery.
