Description

  • Lead visual creative development to ensure work is strategic, innovative, and effective.
  • Serve as the design expert and brand steward, maintaining consistency across creative materials.
  • Oversee Art Directors and Senior Art Directors by providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Copy, Strategy, and Medical teams to align messaging and visuals.
  • Manage and refine design execution across digital, print, video, and social channels.
  • Present and defend creative work to internal teams, clients, and regulatory reviewers.
  • Contribute to brand strategy and campaign development with fresh creative solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate team output.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be available to work and collaborate during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
  • Experience as a seasoned art director or similar creative leader in healthcare marketing is required.
  • Strong expertise in brand storytelling and design strategy is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required.
  • Experience with AI-driven design tools is preferred.
  • Experience balancing creative work with regulatory requirements in pharma marketing is required.
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills are required.
  • Experience mentoring and leading junior designers or art teams is required.
