Description

  • Lead complex, cross-agency initiatives across launch and mature brands.
  • Own brand-level planning, including long-range timelines, integrated Gantts, and multi-channel workstreams.
  • Guide PM team priorities and ensure clarity, delegation, and alignment across projects.
  • Serve as a client partner for scopes, budgets, timelines, and operational planning.
  • Oversee workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Lead internal hot sheet, status, and kickoff meetings.
  • Manage brand financials, including estimates, forecasting, burn tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Partner with department heads to resolve challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Monitor resourcing and workloads across brands and escalate gaps as needed.
  • Mentor and develop PM talent, including onboarding, training, and coaching.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare/pharma advertising.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong budgeting and portfolio management experience.
  • Experience managing launch-to-mature brand work.
  • Experience with websites, email programs, speaker programs, social media, digital initiatives, and cross-departmental strategy oversight.
  • Ability to manage up and align senior-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort with Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Basecamp, and Workfront/Ziflow.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
  • Experience in AI-driven tools or emerging technologies is preferred.
