Description

  • Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception through completion.
  • Deliver programs on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
  • Develop and apply structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead preparation of large proposals and program plans.
  • Own and review program financials and lead proposal presentations.
  • Gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate information for diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven delivery record across multiple full-lifecycle SAP programs, including significant multi-country ECC and S/4HANA rollouts.
  • Experience with global delivery models and offshore resources.
  • Experience leading multi-vendor, geographically distributed, and complex client teams.
  • Experience leading local and remote consulting teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of establishing successful IT, business, and change management programs.
  • Ability to define and practically apply structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, presentation, and C-level influencing skills.
  • Experience developing value-based propositions and compelling client proposals.
  • Substantial client-facing management consulting experience.
  • Willingness to travel for projects.
