Description

  • Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing clients.
  • Own end-to-end program governance, delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Drive solution delivery across manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, and finance processes.
  • Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies across global implementations.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including local, remote, and multi-vendor groups.
  • Set up program structures that align IT, business, and change components.
  • Develop and apply program delivery frameworks and consulting approaches.
  • Prepare large proposals, program plans, and client presentations.
  • Own and review program financials and support value-based proposals.
  • Influence C-level stakeholders and guide client-facing discussions.

Requirements

  • Deep proven experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience.
  • Delivered at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain planning, demand management, procurement and sourcing, inventory and logistics, manufacturing execution integration, and global finance operations.
  • Experience leading teams in complex, multi-vendor, geographically distributed environments.
  • Experience working with global teams and leading consultants locally and remotely.
  • Strong understanding of how to set up programs with IT, business, and change components.
  • Ability to define and apply well-structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
