Description

Provide leadership and direction to sell SAP integrated transformation solutions and services within the assigned market segment.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP-related matters.
Own consulting revenue and operating margin targets for key accounts, including an annual consulting revenue target of approximately $6 million.
Lead new business development, sales strategy, and SAP solution implementation for mid- to large-enterprise clients.
Manage business opportunities at key accounts to position Infosys Consulting for growth and high-quality service delivery.
Strengthen the firm’s position with its largest clients while expanding presence across existing accounts.
Ensure services, solutions, and products are delivered on time, within cost, and on a best-value basis.
Develop and apply processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate business risks in client solutions and services.
Coordinate relationship-building activities with partners, engagement managers, subject-matter professionals, and other team members.
Lead proposal development, including the value proposition, differentiators, and win themes.
Coach, counsel, and mentor subordinate managers to support their professional growth and performance development.
Champion internal talent development and help grow sector-specific skills across the organization.

Requirements

Proven excellence in commercial development with the ability to engage senior executives internally and externally.
Previous leadership experience in a services organization, including mentoring direct, indirect, and matrixed teams.
Strong sales and closing skills at executive and board levels.
A proven track record of selling and delivering consulting and technology services in large corporate environments.
Ability to operate effectively in a changing and dynamic environment.
Recognized expertise in SAP with the ability to align functional solutions to business requirements.
Proven thought leadership in SAP, including production and publication of marketable knowledge.
Strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to large groups in an engaging and inspiring way.
Strong networks and involvement in industry conferences, forums, and thought leadership activities.
Comfort interacting as a peer at board level and building empathy, credibility, and trust with senior clients.
Collaborative team-player mindset with a willingness to lead by example and roll up sleeves.
Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
Passion for disruptive innovation and transformational ideas.
Commitment to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growth.
Ability to travel as and when required.
