Description

  • Lead and manage change management efforts for large, complex global IT transformation programs and projects.
  • Provide senior-level programme delivery leadership.
  • Strengthen and develop the Organizational Change Management community through market positioning, service development, and best practices.
  • Drive business development and pre-sales activities, including proposals, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and lead go-to-market strategies and develop new firm-wide solutions.
  • Design, develop, and sustain workforce transformation service offerings, change management strategies, and plans.
  • Build and manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities while ensuring quality and profitability on engagements.
  • Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property, and new tool development.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of senior-level consulting experience.
  • Business transformation and change management experience, ideally within a top-tier consultancy.
  • Proven business development track record across the full sales cycle, including pipeline management and RFP/proposal creation.
  • Experience in digital transformation and/or ERP programs.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, client service, and networking skills.
  • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across client engagements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience skills.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for different audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Dutch are an advantage.
  • Project-related mobility across EMEA and willingness to travel 50-80% of the time.
  • PROSCI certification.
  • French and German fluency is desirable.
