Description

  • Lead sales pursuits and business development for complex learning transformation opportunities.
  • Shape client solutions, proposals, and commercial models for workforce transformation challenges.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior Learning, Talent, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across Infosys Consulting, Infosys Ltd, and BPM teams on broader transformation programmes.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, client events, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Lead learning transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
  • Act as executive sponsor for client engagements and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Manage global, cross-functional teams and delivery partners in complex environments.
  • Oversee governance, risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across client portfolios.
  • Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams while promoting best practices and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Learning, Talent, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven success leading and selling large-scale learning transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of modern learning ecosystems, digital learning technologies, and enterprise learning operating models.
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in complex client environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect learning investments to business outcomes.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience in Learning Managed Services, Upskilling & Reskilling, or Learning Systems Integration is preferred.
  • Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Learning, Education, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
