Description

  • Define and own cross-channel growth strategy across the entire user journey from awareness to referral for both brands and creators.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products in partnership with the Marketing Director and cross-functional leaders.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact experiments that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, then iterate based on results.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams to align growth initiatives with the product roadmap and company priorities.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration and create dashboards/reporting to align stakeholders around growth KPIs.
  • Manage and optimize all growth channels including paid, organic, lifecycle, product-led, community, partnerships, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and scale growth loops that leverage product features, user behavior, and network effects to compound impact over time.
  • Design and execute full-funnel campaigns that unify creative, data, and product insights, and experiment with unconventional growth levers (AI personalization, referral mechanics, UGC amplification, gamification).
  • Use AI tools to accelerate experimentation, content generation, segmentation, personalization, and operational efficiency, and build automated workflows to increase output quality and reduce execution time.
  • Explore underutilized or emerging platforms for guerrilla-style growth and discover new demand pockets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth, product growth, or growth marketing within tech or digital-first companies, with a track record of building and scaling multi-channel growth engines.
  • Experience with product-led growth, lifecycle frameworks, and applying user psychology to practical playbooks.
  • Fluency with AI tools and techniques (prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI-assisted content generation, data augmentation) and experience integrating AI into growth workflows or product features.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience running structured experiments, interpreting complex datasets, and translating insights into action.
  • Experience in marketplaces, social platforms, or creator/influencer ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with modern growth/analytics stacks (examples: Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Looker).
  • Proven ability to lead GTM initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering.
  • Self-starter who designs solutions, executes, automates, measures, and iterates with minimal direction and can bring stakeholders along on the growth vision.
  • Creative problem-solver comfortable testing bold, non-traditional approaches to drive outsized results.
