Description

  • Own acquisition, attribution, activation, lifecycle, and optimization across both sides of the marketplace (brands and creators).
  • Define and own the cross-channel growth strategy across the entire user journey, from awareness to referral.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for a new product in partnership with the Marketing Director and cross-functional leaders.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact experiments that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue; develop scalable frameworks for rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
  • Manage and optimize all growth channels: paid, organic, lifecycle, product-led, community, partnerships, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and scale growth loops that leverage product features, user behavior, and network effects to compound impact over time.
  • Design and execute full-funnel campaigns that unify creative, data, and product insights and explore unconventional growth levers (creator co-creation, viral mechanics, UGC amplification, gamification).
  • Use AI-powered tools and automated workflows to accelerate experimentation, content generation, segmentation, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to integrate growth features into the product, analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and create dashboards and reports to align stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth, product growth, or growth marketing at tech or digital-first companies, with a track record of building and scaling multi-channel growth engines.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategy for new products and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams.
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth, user psychology, and lifecycle frameworks and the ability to convert them into practical playbooks.
  • High fluency with AI tools and workflow automation (prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, data augmentation, etc.) and experience applying them to growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable designing and running structured experiments and interpreting complex datasets.
  • Experience in marketplaces, social platforms, or creator/influencer ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with modern growth stacks and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Looker).
  • Self-directed, highly autonomous operator who can design solutions, execute, automate, measure, and iterate without step-by-step direction.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to align stakeholders and drive initiatives.
