Description

  • Lead the full hiring process from initial outreach through offer close.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategy.
  • Draft job descriptions and offer packages for open roles.
  • Run proactive outbound recruiting using networks, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Provide a clear, thoughtful, and prompt candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Use hiring data to track pipeline progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve recruiting efforts.
  • Own offer conversations and help close candidates against competing offers.
  • Represent Influ2 to candidates and keep hiring managers aligned on the search.
  • Track and improve time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Experience hiring talent in Ukraine and internationally across tech, business, and leadership roles.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build sourcing strategies for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, ideally Lever, and modern sourcing platforms.
  • Experience owning offer conversations and closing candidates against competing offers.
  • Based in Ukraine or the EU with daily availability for overlap during ET/CT hours.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach to recruiting.
  • Open to candidates whose experience does not perfectly match the posted requirements.
