Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Solution Advisors, Agents, technical resources, and sales leadership, to achieve engagement objectives.
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide the context, follow-up, and coordination needed before and after meetings.
  • Manage stakeholder time and technical resources effectively across open deals.
  • Provide regular updates on open leads, deals, and quote request progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify potential engagement risks and surface them proactively to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate engagement documentation and status reports in Salesforce and Google Sheets.
  • Track quote requests and keep Solution Advisors informed on their progress.
  • Reach out to customers about upcoming renewals, new projects, and additional revenue opportunities.
  • Respond to new incoming leads within the required minimum SLA.

Requirements

  • Experience working in this industry or an industry-adjacent field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong email communication skills and the ability to provide clear context to different stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners across customer engagements.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Comfort working in Salesforce and updating engagement records and status reports.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and proactively identify risks.
  • Experience using Google Sheets and formulas to compile quote summaries (preferred).
  • Startup mindset and comfort with a fast-paced environment with frequent change.
  • Willingness to work within a minimum SLA for responding to incoming leads.
