Description

  • Act as the technical authority for GIS platforms and solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, solution assurance, and expert support across ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network.
  • Own ArcGIS Enterprise technical administration and support for business-critical environments.
  • Lead Utility Network migration activities, go-live readiness, and post-go-live technical support.
  • Own GIS integration and application technical matters, including corporate systems and related interfaces.
  • Manage enterprise geodatabase technical ownership, including multi-user geodatabase support.
  • Provide production support and operational assurance for GIS services.
  • Contribute to technical knowledge transfer, documentation, and governance standards.
  • Support stakeholders and coordinate technical activity across GIS, infrastructure, databases, networks, and security.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience administering and supporting ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
  • More than 3 years of experience integrating GIS with corporate applications, REST APIs, and ETL tools, including FME.
  • More than 3 years of experience administering enterprise multi-user geodatabases, including traditional and branch versioning.
  • Strong understanding of ArcGIS Utility Network architecture, topology, validation, editing workflows, and operational processes.
  • Experience supporting Utility Network migration, testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live technical support.
  • Experience supporting ArcGIS Enterprise deployments in production and business-critical environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex GIS platform, integration, geodatabase, and application issues.
  • Knowledge of GIS security, authentication, enterprise architecture, and supportability principles.
  • Experience delivering or supporting GIS projects for electricity utilities, energy distributors, or critical infrastructure organisations.
  • Experience working in multinational corporate environments and multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • ArcGIS Utility Network certification or other ESRI technical certifications is desirable.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Workflow Manager, ArcGIS Monitor, ArcGIS Experience Builder, or ArcGIS Pro administration is desirable.
  • FME certification or advanced FME experience is desirable.
  • ITIL Foundation or practical service-management awareness is desirable.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, is desirable.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted GIS environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, is desirable.
