Description

  • Own and manage the corporate website infrastructure in Webflow, ensuring stability, security, performance, and scalability.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, core web vitals, SEO, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new website features, landing pages, and content updates with design and content teams.
  • Lead technical SEO efforts, including site structure, schema markup, crawlability, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Develop, execute, and manage digital advertising strategy across paid channels and oversee the external agency.
  • Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget to meet KPIs focused on MQLs and sales pipeline impact.
  • Run campaign optimization activities such as A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative refreshes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, web traffic, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution to stakeholders and executives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, including data layers and event triggers.
  • Manage web tracking and lead-data workflows to ensure accurate flow of form submissions into the CRM and downstream analytics systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
  • 3+ years managing web infrastructure and digital advertising at a manager level or equivalent.
  • Deep, hands-on Webflow expertise, including CMS usage, custom code integration, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, and display networks.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and pipeline/revenue-focused marketing.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Highly proficient with Google Analytics 4 and advanced spreadsheet/data analysis.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development, tracking implementation, and performance debugging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical and performance data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Incorta, and BigQuery for web data routing and analytics (preferred/important).
