Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client leadership teams, internal consultants, carriers, and external partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Lead implementation readiness assessments, governance design, and strategic planning sessions for complex programs.
  • Facilitate executive governance forums such as steering committees, executive briefings, and escalation meetings.
  • Drive decision-making and consensus among senior stakeholders in ambiguous or high-risk situations.
  • Develop and execute onboarding and implementation strategies aligned with client goals and launch objectives.
  • Lead complex implementation work across multiple dependencies, cross-functional workstreams, and non-standard requirements.
  • Establish methods, procedures, and operating approaches for new or nuanced implementation work with minimal oversight.
  • Anticipate risks, create mitigation plans, and manage escalations for issues with project or strategic impact.
  • Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state recommendations that balance client needs and operational feasibility.
  • Mentor team members, shape best practices, and improve overall implementation quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience.
  • 5+ years leading transformational programs or highly complex implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or the employee benefits ecosystem.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, carriers, benefits administrators, consultants, and brokers.
  • Proven executive presence and ability to lead complex client engagements autonomously.
  • Ability to shape governance models and implementation approaches for nuanced client environments.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners through strategic guidance and consultative leadership.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as PMP or CSM preferred.
  • 3+ years of consulting, advisory, or client-facing project management experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, claims processing, and data integration preferred.
  • Experience leading organizational change management initiatives preferred.
  • Experience mentoring peers and contributing to process improvement, operating standards, or implementation best practices preferred.

  • Base salary target of $116,050 - $150,870 (Zone A), $127,655 - $165,957 (Zone B), or $139,260 - $167,112 (Zone C), plus equity and benefits.
