Description

  • Act as the principal implementation liaison between the customer and project team.
  • Lead detailed business discovery and recommend delivery approaches that drive outcomes and value.
  • Translate customer technical requirements into system configuration and setup.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including project managers and training specialists, to execute implementation plans on time and with high quality.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
  • Lead customer change management efforts, including user readiness and acceptance planning.
  • Develop expertise across multiple product offerings and their end-to-end value outcomes.
  • Travel to customer sites and regional meetings when needed to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in accounting or technology is preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and enthusiasm for exploring and experimenting with AI.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Consulting experience in software implementation, workflow analysis, recommendation development, and measuring business outcomes.
  • Experience working on multi-resource project teams while balancing milestones and objectives on time.
  • Proven ability to own a project, take initiative, and deliver on commitments.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and translate them into customer solution value.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize work, adapt priorities, and share client insights flexibly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex team environment and demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Up to 30% on-site travel to customer sites and regional meetings is expected.
  • For remote roles, travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office is required for onboarding and team events.
