Description

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts made up of major brands and restaurant partners in the assigned cities.
  • Build long-term relationships and earn trust with senior stakeholders through a consultative approach.
  • Conduct analytical and consultative sales diagnoses to identify improvement opportunities and present the full product ecosystem.
  • Track and analyze business performance KPIs such as orders, revenue, conversion, cancellations, support tickets, ROI, and investments.
  • Drive portfolio monetization through cross-sell, up-sell, and investment or exclusivity opportunities.
  • Carry out frequent field visits to partner accounts to maintain closeness and execution discipline.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and local market movements to adapt commercial strategies and stay competitive.
  • Handle conflicts, complex negotiations, and problem resolution with senior partner stakeholders.
  • Map and pursue new strategic business opportunities opportunistically when directed by leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong results orientation, autonomy, and disciplined self-management of workload and priorities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environments with emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting diagnoses and action plans clearly.
  • Practical proficiency with AI tools and agents, such as Gemini and NotebookLM, for commercial process optimization and prompt building.
  • Strong command of Google Workspace tools, especially Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Drive, for KPI tracking and consolidation.
