Description

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts made up of large brands and restaurant partners in the assigned cities.
  • Build consultative, long-term relationships and earn the trust of senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct analytical sales diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities and present iFood’s full product ecosystem.
  • Monitor and analyze business KPIs such as orders, revenue, conversion, cancellations, support tickets, ROI, and investments.
  • Drive account monetization through cross-sell, upsell, and investment/exclusivity opportunities.
  • Map and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partners when needed to complement account management.
  • Maintain a disciplined field routine with daily and ongoing partner visits.
  • Track local market trends, competitors, and pricing/offer movements to adjust commercial strategy.
  • Handle conflicts, complex negotiations, and problem resolution with senior stakeholder groups in a consultative way.

Requirements

  • Strong ownership mindset, self-management discipline, and focus on achieving targets and results.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environments with emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting diagnoses and action plans.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, and AI agents for commercial process optimization and prompt building.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Drive, for KPI tracking and consolidation.
