Description

  • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back.
  • Manage the CRM campaign calendar for the money transfer business.
  • Create JIRA tickets for campaigns and promo codes, and ensure campaign requests are tracked through launch.
  • Write and test marketing messages in multiple languages and create email campaigns with proper follow-through to launch on time.
  • Segment audiences using behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to improve personalization and relevance.
  • Plan and launch A/B testing campaigns with the CRM team to improve conversions, acquisitions, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visual assets for emails, in-app messaging, and other CRM activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance with the CRM team to improve messaging, promotions, and campaign types.
  • Work with product teams to align CRM campaigns with business goals and priorities.
  • Manage the BOSS Money community event calendar and prepare materials, communications, and offers for events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in marketing communications or CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must have B2C experience.
  • Knowledge of Braze and experience with mobile apps.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to participate in an interview process conducted in English.
  • Must attach a CV in English.
  • Applicants must be based in LATAM.
  • Experience with CRM campaigns is preferred.
