Description

  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding revenue within the assigned geography.
  • Coordinate opportunity identification, pipeline progression, and deal close across IDMWORKS offerings.
  • Develop and execute territory development plans in partnership with sales leadership and marketing.
  • Manage sales methodology, forecasting, leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunity status within the territory.
  • Maintain and update CRM and other required reporting with accurate sales and pipeline information.
  • Build compelling sales value propositions and align IDMWORKS services to customer requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop solutions for customer business problems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain industry, third-party software, and competitive knowledge to support consultative selling.
  • Participate in marketing events and activities to support territory coverage.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience in one or more Identity and Access Management domains, such as Identity Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, Certification and Attestation, Privileged Access Management, Workforce Access Management, or Consumer Identity Access Management.
  • Proven above-quota performance in direct sales within an identity management domain.
  • Experience coordinating matrix-based organizations to solve customer problems and generate sales opportunities.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships, as shown through closed deals, follow-on engagements, and renewals.
  • Experience managing multiple parallel initiatives across several clients and partners.
  • Strong network within the IAM industry, especially in the New York territory.
  • Must live in or near New York City and be willing to travel locally for client visits.
  • Must reside within close proximity to a major airport and be willing to travel up to 50% across the territory.
  • Ability to work effectively with or without direct supervision and communicate well across teams.
  • Ability to interact professionally and work independently while coordinating efforts with others.
