Description

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of PR campaigns, digital marketing projects, and branding initiatives.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for international clients and translate business needs into project roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and media teams to allocate resources and meet milestones.
  • Manage project scope to prevent scope creep, track budgets, and support profitability across accounts.
  • Lead regular status meetings, manage client expectations during campaign launches, and report on project health.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase delivery speed and quality.
  • Bridge the gap between client expectations and what the agency team can deliver.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a Marketing/PR agency, including at least 2 years in a Project Management role.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Client Services is mandatory.
  • Expert proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing and PR landscape.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills at a C-level professional standard.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems when timelines shift.
  • Familiarity with the fintech or trading sector is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
