Description

  • Assess organizational change management and operational readiness.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings with government clients and business units.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings across multiple client groups.
  • Identify target-state organizational requirements from documents and stakeholder input.
  • Document organizational design challenges, obstacles, decisions, and recommendations to address resistance to change.
  • Develop and execute communication plans.
  • Define activities that support change and transition initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy user adoption and training programs for the technology solution.
  • Work directly with clients and end users to support adoption and change.
  • Test and review deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, change management, or organizational/business transformation.
  • Experience with system and/or IT implementation OCM; ERP experience is strongly desired.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and clients.
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, technical writing, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently or with little direction when required.
  • Understanding of or experience working with the VA is strongly desired; VA, VHA, or VBA experience is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Experience interfacing with SMEs, end users, and client stakeholders across the organization.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, change management, or organizational/business transformation is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a Financial Management system transformation is preferred.
