Description

  • Establish and scale a clinical supply consulting and advisory practice.
  • Develop repeatable consulting offerings, methodologies, frameworks, delivery standards, and intellectual property.
  • Define the practice operating model to deliver measurable customer outcomes and sustainable growth.
  • Build and develop a team of clinical supply experts.
  • Advise sponsor teams on forecasting, manufacturing scenarios, inventory strategy, depot planning, overage, risk mitigation, and protocol changes.
  • Facilitate executive discussions and support strategic customer engagements, governance meetings, and business reviews.
  • Connect supply planning assumptions and real-time trial data to improve supply decisions, reduce waste, and protect patient service levels.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Delivery leaders to shape product capabilities, workflows, analytics, and decision-support use cases.
  • Support strategic pursuits, executive briefings, proposals, and solution design to grow sponsor relationships.
  • Represent Endpoint at industry events through speaking and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in clinical trial supply management, clinical supply strategy, supply-chain consulting, clinical operations, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of global clinical supply planning and execution, including forecasting, packaging and labeling, manufacturing constraints, inventory, distribution, depots, comparators, returns, and supply risk.
  • Strong working knowledge of RTSM/IRT and its relationship to live study execution and supply planning.
  • Experience advising pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations on complex operational and strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build methodologies, service offerings, teams, or new business capabilities.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Commercial judgment to identify customer needs, shape solutions, support proposals, and create measurable value.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certification (preferred).
