Description

  • Advise clients on US market access, coding, coverage, reimbursement, and policy issues.
  • Monitor federal and state policy, reimbursement, and market developments and translate their implications into client recommendations.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research, literature reviews, data extraction, and analysis to address client business questions.
  • Develop evidence-based market access strategies, risk mitigation approaches, and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple client workstreams, including scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact and build long-term client relationships.
  • Communicate findings through presentations, written deliverables, and client interactions for executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and incorporate subject-matter-expert input into final deliverables.
  • Review team outputs, mentor junior colleagues, and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Contribute to account growth and the development of the US Market Access practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as public health, business administration, health economics, health policy, public policy, healthcare management, or public administration.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, health plans, advocacy organizations, government agencies, think tanks, or a similar healthcare-focused organization.
  • Strong knowledge of the US market access and reimbursement landscape, including payer coverage, utilization management, pricing, contracting, and evidence/value requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare Part B and Part D, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, the 340B Drug Pricing Program, and Medicare Drug Price Negotiation under the Inflation Reduction Act.
  • Ability to translate policy analysis, research findings, and data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience managing concurrent projects, including budgets, timelines, scope, and client expectations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members, leading client presentations, or supporting business development is preferred.
  • Experience with advanced Excel, visualization tools, AI-enabled workflows, systematic literature reviews, or Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program analysis is preferred.
