Description

  • Collaborate with testing leads, government clients, and vendors to plan and coordinate functional system testing.
  • Develop automated test scripts using VA-approved tools to cover at least 50% of regression test cases.
  • Review and update testing plans for new requirements and interfaces in each implementation release.
  • Execute manual and automated tests, document results, identify defects, and prepare testing summary reports.
  • Link test cases to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Maintain and prioritize testing defect logs and track issue resolution with clients and vendors.
  • Prepare materials and support facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training.
  • Own the maintenance and delivery of test scripts, results, evaluation summaries, UAT reports, and test plan updates.
  • Support Section 508 testing and maintain business requirements and testing traceability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience with Momentum Financials or another large-scale ERP system.
  • At least 2 years of experience executing test scripts, documenting results, and identifying issues.
  • Working knowledge of federal financial business processes and testing strategies and methodologies.
  • Strong written, oral, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and take ownership of assignments and schedules.
  • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
  • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (preferred).
  • Experience using Agility for requirements or testing (preferred).
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Eggplant, Katalon, or similar automated testing tools (preferred).
