Description

  • Analyze quality performance data and produce statistical quality reports with support from Quality Coordinators.
  • Monitor progress and create related documentation for the quality rating program.
  • Complete internal assessments and review blind test ranges and queries from the team.
  • Provide ad hoc support to raters and educate them on best practices and client expectations.
  • Flag raters who show behavioral concerns and request clarifications on RCAs as needed.
  • Participate in the creation and review of training materials such as best practices, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Track data, analyze program information, and support analytics, reporting, knowledge, and asset management activities.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders as needed and monitor raters’ queries.
  • Perform other program-specific tasks needed to achieve OKRs.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico) and strong in English.
  • Must be located in Mexico and be able to work remotely from there.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Spanish (Mexico).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with Ads quality rating.
  • Must be the only Search Quality Rater in the household.
  • Web-savvy, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and skilled in online research.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and pass learning modules plus a required quality test before starting work.
