Description

Analyze quality-performance data, produce statistical reports, monitor progress, and maintain related documentation with support from Quality Coordinators.
Complete internal assessments and provide feedback on blind test ranges and team queries.
Provide ad hoc support to raters, educate them on best practices and client expectations, and monitor rater queries.
Identify and flag raters with behavioral concerns.
Review root-cause analyses from resources and request clarification when needed.
Contribute to the creation and review of training materials, including best-practice guidance, newsletters, and webinars.
Track and analyze project data.
Attend stakeholder meetings with support from Quality Coordinators.
Perform additional program-specific tasks needed to achieve OKRs.

Requirements

Full professional proficiency in Spanish (Mexico) and a strong understanding of English.
Must be based in Mexico and able to work remotely.
Strong familiarity with Mexican Spanish popular culture.
Availability to work 20 hours per week and start as soon as possible.
Must work exclusively on the Search Quality Rating program and not participate in other search or ads rating programs.
No current or previous Ads Quality Rating experience.
Must be the only person in the household working as a Search Quality Rater.
Strong web navigation and online research abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable computer, internet connection, and antivirus software.
Ability to follow English-language instructions and comply with client project conventions and rules.
Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement and pass required learning modules and a client quality test before starting.
