Description

  • Coordinate and facilitate people processes throughout the employment life cycle.
  • Support all areas of the Human Resources department and partner with regional vice presidents and other business leaders.
  • Direct work activities related to developing and executing strategies that support business objectives.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, make recommendations, and drive process improvements.
  • Use HR and business metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and influence change.
  • Investigate employee complaints and recommend follow-up actions to leaders.
  • Advise regional leadership on organizational development, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and change management.
  • Serve as a liaison across recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employee relations functions.
  • Facilitate HR and talent management processes such as succession planning, compensation planning, performance management, and employee engagement surveys.
  • Partner with leadership to build and sustain an inclusive, values-driven culture and participate in companywide HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of human resources experience.
  • Ability to understand organizational issues, build relationships, and influence change.
  • Proven ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience reviewing and assessing risk for potential terminations.
  • Ability to keep leaders informed and compliant on organizational initiatives such as performance reviews, merit, engagement, compliance, flu, and COVID-19 efforts.
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and expertise.
  • Ability to exercise judgment independently without oversight from managers.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet applications.
  • Experience using HRIS systems.
  • Ability to report, analyze, and summarize data for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Preferred experience across multiple HR functional areas such as talent development, acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • PHR or SPHR certification, or completion of a relevant certificate program, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally up to 10% of the time.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
