Description

Coordinate and facilitate people processes throughout the employment life cycle.
Support all areas of the Human Resources department and partner with regional vice presidents and other business leaders.
Direct work activities related to developing and executing strategies that support business objectives.
Identify improvement opportunities, make recommendations, and drive process improvements.
Use HR and business metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and influence change.
Investigate employee complaints and recommend follow-up actions to leaders.
Advise regional leadership on organizational development, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and change management.
Serve as a liaison across recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employee relations functions.
Facilitate HR and talent management processes such as succession planning, compensation planning, performance management, and employee engagement surveys.
Partner with leadership to build and sustain an inclusive, values-driven culture and participate in companywide HR initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 10 years of human resources experience.
Ability to understand organizational issues, build relationships, and influence change.
Proven ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience reviewing and assessing risk for potential terminations.
Ability to keep leaders informed and compliant on organizational initiatives such as performance reviews, merit, engagement, compliance, flu, and COVID-19 efforts.
Strong regulatory knowledge and expertise.
Ability to exercise judgment independently without oversight from managers.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and tact.
Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet applications.
Experience using HRIS systems.
Ability to report, analyze, and summarize data for stakeholders and leadership.
Preferred experience across multiple HR functional areas such as talent development, acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.
PHR or SPHR certification, or completion of a relevant certificate program, preferred.
Willingness to travel locally up to 10% of the time.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
