Description

  • Own the entire sales and marketing funnel from lead generation through signed contracts and new client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Audit existing sales and marketing processes and implement improvements to close operational gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Build scalable lead generation systems across SEO, outbound, partnerships, referrals, paid acquisition, content marketing, and other channels.
  • Improve sales performance through better lead qualification, pipeline management, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives and personally support high-value deals during the rebuild phase.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing Sales and Marketing teams as the function scales.
  • Manage departmental budgets, hiring plans, resource allocation, and channel investment decisions.
  • Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting systems across Sales and Marketing.
  • Report performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to Company Leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading Sales, Marketing, or Revenue functions with direct ownership of commercial results.
  • Proven experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Significant experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS company serving ecommerce businesses.
  • Proven success generating qualified leads through multiple acquisition channels including SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, content marketing, and other initiatives.
  • Strong sales experience with a track record of closing new business and managing high-value opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, lead qualification, conversion optimization, and revenue forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions using funnel and commercial performance metrics.
  • Experience managing budgets, hiring, resource planning, and operational performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Available during office hours Monday to Friday, 3-6 PM BCN time, and able to work 30-35 hours per week (around 140 hours per month).

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Uncapped performance-based commission tied to closed revenue.
  • Fully remote position with a flexible work schedule.
  • Trial-and-adaptation period of 2 months paid at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first review after 3-6 months.
  • Re-evaluation of the role and workload after 6-12 months.
