Description

  • Provide customer support to travelers across phone, live chat, messaging, and email.
  • Own incoming inquiries and guide travelers through Zicasso’s service and matching process.
  • Build trusted relationships with luxury clients and help exceed their travel expectations.
  • Convert general inquiries into destination-specific trip requests and bookings.
  • Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, and Marketing on client experience improvements.
  • Partner with Care Team leadership on projects, problem-solving, and process improvements.
  • Use data, analytics, and technology to improve customer success and inquiry conversion.
  • Coach and mentor team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on luxury tour or hotel sales or operations.
  • Experience in roles such as tour leader, tour director, hotel front desk, client relations, or guest services.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with comfort handling telephone-based work.
  • Excellent oral and written English fluency.
  • Extensive experience traveling abroad and curiosity about international destinations.
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
