Description

  • Conduct detailed research on prospective clients, including their brand, positioning, marketing activity, and service fit.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
  • Create highly personalized outbound messages through LinkedIn and email.
  • Write medium-to-high-level sales copy focused on personalization, clarity, and conversion.
  • Initiate, manage, and follow up on outbound conversations with potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects against defined criteria before booking discovery meetings.
  • Book and schedule discovery meetings for the Sales Team.
  • Lead initial discovery conversations when needed, with training provided.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach activity in HubSpot.
  • Manage outreach sequences in HubSpot while keeping a personalization-first approach.
  • Track outreach KPIs, report on performance, and test improvements to messaging and booking rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to align messaging, targeting, and handoff.
  • Research industry trends and stay current on digital marketing and e-commerce developments.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an outbound SDR role, with 2 years preferred.
  • Experience generating leads from scratch through cold outreach is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency or selling marketing services is a strong advantage.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to personalize outreach based on prospect insights.
  • Medium-to-high-level copywriting skills for sales outreach.
  • C1-level English proficiency or equivalent; native-level English is not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
  • A completed higher education degree is considered a strong advantage.
  • Must be available and responsive during office hours, Monday to Friday from 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Must consistently work 30–35 hours per week, totaling about 140 hours per month.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
  • Must be open to feedback, constructive criticism, and continuous improvement.
  • Must be self-motivated, results-driven, resilient, organized, and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Benefits

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
  • A 30-day notice period after the first two months.
  • The first two months are a trial-and-adaptation period paid at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months.
  • The first performance review is held after 3–6 months.
