Description

  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers using persuasive arguments.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Reach out to customer leads through calls and follow up to generate sales opportunities.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to meet objectives.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven 1 year experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
