Description

  • Develop and implement tailored, data-driven CRO strategies for e-commerce clients.
  • Audit client websites to identify conversion and user experience optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze user behavior using analytics tools, heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback.
  • Design, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses.
  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and overall site architecture.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, developers, and internal teams to implement improvements.
  • Monitor CRO initiative performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex data and test results into clear insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of CRO projects, test results, and client interactions.
  • Assist in creating CRO case studies and success stories for marketing purposes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRO.
  • Proven experience in a similar CRO role within the e-commerce industry.
  • Track record of improving conversion rates for e-commerce clients.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Convert.com.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion rates.
  • Experience running A/B and multivariate tests from start to finish.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
  • Must be available and responsive during UK office hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time).
  • Must be able to work full-time with an average workload of 40 hours per week.
  • Open to feedback, constructive criticism, and continuous learning.
