Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and regular meetings.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate Copywriters, Designers, and Account Manager Associates to deliver campaigns on time and to standard.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to client requests, align on marketing needs, and support cross-functional implementation.
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaign calendars, delegate creative work, and oversee timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, set weekly goals, and improve results.
  • Report on campaign performance, including revenue, A/B test results, and optimization actions taken.
  • Work with the Service Department and leadership to meet KPI targets, maintain quality standards, and reduce client churn.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, prepare upsell offers, and present recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in team calls, training sessions, and internal service-related support as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience leading a team of creatives or marketing professionals to deliver client work.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability, responsiveness, and deadline discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working remotely or with remote, international teams is preferred.
  • Account management or agency experience is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be available during office hours Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Must be able to work 30–35 hours per week, or about 140 tracked hours per month.
  • Must have a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and the ability to join video conferences.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, manage time well, and maintain focus and productivity.
  • Knowledge or experience in e-commerce or Klaviyo is a plus.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
  • Trial-and-adaptation period of the first two months paid at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluation after 6–12 months.
  • Remote work setup.
