Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Handle client communications, meetings, requests, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare client reports and analyze campaign performance, revenue, A/B tests, and KPIs.
  • Use data analysis to identify audience trends, set weekly goals, and improve campaign results.
  • Collaborate with Service and cross-functional teams to support new services and internal needs.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and present service offers to client segments.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and help prevent churn.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Proven success in a leadership role, including leading creative teams to deliver client work.
  • Experience managing client accounts, with account management or agency experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards, accountability, and responsiveness.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Must be fluent in English and able to work remotely with a stable internet connection and laptop or PC.
  • Must be available during office hours Monday to Friday, 3-6 PM BCN time, and able to commit 30-35 hours per week.
  • Remote work experience, e-commerce experience, and Klaviyo knowledge are a plus.

Benefits

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing the non-disclosure agreement.
  • Full-time role with an initial two-month trial and adaptation period paid at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first review after 3-6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluated after 6-12 months.
