Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client-agency relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute email, SMS, pop-up, and flow marketing campaigns.
  • Develop marketing strategies and translate client needs into clear instructions for internal teams.
  • Lead and coordinate Copywriters, Designers, and Account Manager Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through meetings, updates, and ongoing support.
  • Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, set weekly goals, and improve results.
  • Report on campaign performance, including revenue, A/B test results, best-performing campaigns, and optimization actions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and the Service Department to meet KPIs and service targets.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and present additional services to client segments.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and churn, and help resolve issues affecting campaign performance.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role and 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading a team of creatives to deliver quality client work.
  • Experience managing client accounts effectively; account management or agency experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability, responsiveness, and deadline discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Growth- and results-driven mindset with the ability to handle constructive criticism.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability during office hours, Monday to Friday from 3–6 PM BCN time, and ability to work 30–35 hours per week.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite; email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfort working remotely, with a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and the ability to attend video conferences.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Full-time contractor role after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
  • Trial and adaptation period of the first two months paid at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluation after 6–12 months.
  • 30-day notice period after the first two months.
  • Exclusivity agreement during employment.
