Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns that drive conversions and sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate copywriters, designers, and account associates to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to standard.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including revenue, A/B test results, and optimization actions.
  • Work with internal departments to communicate client needs, support service delivery, and meet KPI targets.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and campaign performance issues, and help prevent client churn.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and upsell to client segments using data-driven analysis.
  • Participate in account management calls, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Research industry best practices and present findings to account leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience leading a team of creatives or marketing professionals to deliver client work.
  • Experience in account management or agency work is preferred.
  • Experience working with remote teams or across different countries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High accountability, responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, solve problems, and adapt quickly.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Availability during office hours, Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Ability to consistently work 30–35 hours per week, or about 140 hours per month.
  • Stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and ability to join video conferences.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
  • Two-month trial and adaptation period paid at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluation after 6–12 months.
