Description

  • Drive enterprise sales cycles from outbound prospecting through closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build and manage pipeline from scratch, including identifying prospects and creating new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce, including use case, next steps, timelines, and forecasting.
  • Use a consultative, solution-based sales approach to uncover customer needs and create value.
  • Work with founders to support customers, solve problems, and help achieve company goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, and community teams to support strategic growth.
  • Manage both quick wins and longer, more complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to support renewals, expansion, and long-term value.
  • Contribute to the open-source community and help customers navigate buying decisions and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Help onboard new team members and support the team as the role evolves.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Experience closing enterprise deals, ideally in ML, big data, cloud, or SaaS products.
  • Experience selling Labeling as a Service (LaaS) to MAG7 companies and/or AI labs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral.
  • Success closing new accounts while also maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Experience with land-and-expand sales motions; PLG or open-source motion is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote work environment.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch.
  • A consultative approach and strong focus on understanding customer needs.
  • Preference for candidates based in the US, especially on the West Coast or East Coast.

  • On-target earnings of $300,000 USD.
  • 50/50 compensation split with $150,000 USD base salary and $150,000 USD variable commission.
