Description

  • Close enterprise deals while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Prospect outbound and build pipeline from scratch in a remote environment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including quick wins and longer, complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Track customer use cases, next steps, timelines, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Use a consultative, solution-based approach to uncover customer needs and create value.
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, product, and community.
  • Support renewals, customer expansion, and long-term account growth.
  • Help onboard new team members and contribute to sales process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Enterprise sales experience, ideally in ML, big data, cloud, or SaaS products.
  • Experience selling Labeling as a Service (LaaS) to MAG7 companies and/or AI leaders such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral.
  • Success closing new accounts while also maintaining existing accounts.
  • Experience with land-and-expand motions; PLG or OSS motion is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote work environment.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Passion for automation and a consultative sales approach.
  • Preferred: US-based, ideally on the West Coast or East Coast.

  • On Target Earnings of $300,000 USD.
  • 50/50 compensation split with $150,000 USD base salary and $150,000 USD variable commission.
