Description

  • Design, build, and maintain AI systems across marketing, product-led growth, sales, and post-signup activation.
  • Own integrations and workflows across CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, data warehouse, enrichment tools, and internal services.
  • Build internal tools and lightweight services that help GTM teams work more efficiently.
  • Replace manual GTM workflows with scalable, automated systems.
  • Design and deploy AI-driven workflows and agents for lead qualification, routing, enrichment, outbound messaging, sales assist, and account intelligence.
  • Support a hybrid GTM motion that moves open-source and self-serve users into paid, sales-assisted customers.
  • Partner with Data, Growth, Product, and Marketing to surface product signals and turn usage insights into GTM leverage.
  • Design and run experiments across acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion.
  • Build experimentation and measurement frameworks such as feature flags, A/B testing, and tracking systems.
  • Continuously improve workflows, models, and automation based on real performance data and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering background in software, data, or growth engineering.
  • Experience shipping production code, including APIs, services, scripts, or internal tools.
  • Experience with data pipelines, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping define the problem as you go.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and GTM stakeholders.
  • Experience with open-source or developer-focused products, preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, CDPs, and marketing automation, preferred.
  • Prior work in B2B SaaS, data, or AI-first companies, preferred.
