Description

  • Coach and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve revenue goals and exceed quotas.
  • Recruit and retain Partner Account Managers by hiring for the required skills and competencies.
  • Oversee and guide sales and implementation processes for the team.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and sales forecasting.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and team performance.
  • Travel within the region and nationally for field rides, sales conferences, trade shows, and partnership meetings.
  • Build relationships with partners such as CPA firms, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers.
  • Support execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy and revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience selling 401(k) plans with proven success.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading front-line sales professionals.
  • Experience in the retirement services, HCM, or payroll industry across multiple functions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM for sales process management and forecasting.
  • Experience building relationships with CPA's, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and shifting daily priorities.
  • Must be located in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Tennessee.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $220,000-$230,000, including a $115,000 base salary and $115,000 variable compensation target.
