Description

  • Develop, build, and grow referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Create and maintain strategic referral networks that generate leads and new partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve partnership issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to plan and execute partner sales initiatives such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Work with partners to define business goals and performance metrics, including pipeline depth and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and demand-generation strategies with key partners.
  • Use judgment and discretion to create solutions to emerging partnership challenges.
  • Manage operational partnership issues while supporting account growth and development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Experience in territory sales and business development.
  • Proven success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently as a motivated individual contributor and relationship builder.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong resilience, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.
  • Ability to travel and be in the field 3 days per week.
  • Growth mindset and coachability, with the ability to absorb feedback and apply training effectively.

  • On-target earnings of $130,000 to $140,000, including a $70,000 base salary and a $70,000 variable target compensation.
