Description

  • Review and reconcile 401(k)-related customer and account data.
  • Process customer transactions, including contributions and distributions.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of client 401(k) plans and ensure accurate, timely financial transactions.
  • Build process and policy documentation for operational workflows.
  • Provide transactional assistance to Ops teams during high-volume periods, interim product development, or other prioritized business needs.
  • Complete assignments within SLA while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Trace transaction information through the recordkeeping lifecycle to identify root causes.
  • Track root cause analysis, responsibility, and financial impact data.
  • Create cross-functional relationships and processes that support clients’ corrective needs.
  • Propose solutions and communicate process improvements to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in 401(k) operations or banking preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of task ownership.
  • Ability to organize work and meet performance goals.
  • Determination to overcome challenges.
  • Ability to identify and communicate process improvements.
  • Desire to actively participate on a highly engaged team.

  • Base salary of $28.22 to $29.81 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience.
