Description

  • Own full-cycle sales deals from demo completion through close.
  • Research and target prospective companies using prospecting tools.
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline.
  • Present and demonstrate the platform to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate customer contracts.
  • Record and maintain sales activity in Salesforce.com.
  • Use sales technology tools effectively throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal, is required.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quota.
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
  • Comfort using Salesforce or other CRM systems and a range of sales tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and explain value.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and ability to learn from feedback.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Must be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zone.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $150,000 to $155,000, including a $77,500 base salary and $77,500 variable compensation target.
