Description

  • Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans for your assigned territory.
  • Generate new interest through inbound leads and self-sourced outreach.
  • Run qualification conversations with executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and renewals against a monthly quota or higher.
  • Sell through internal champions, multiple stakeholders, and executive decision-makers.
  • Partner with marketing and IT teams to evolve the sales strategy around new features and products.
  • Deliver online and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Complete questionnaires and RFPs related to legal, security, and procurement.
  • Sell the full HubSpot CRM platform with a focus on the Enterprise edition.
  • Work with internal legal, finance, and security teams to meet complex contract requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Strong German and English language skills.
  • Experience in a complex sales environment.
  • Experience engaging C-level executives around change and transition.
  • Experience working with large or key accounts.
  • Experience managing monthly or annual pipelines and building accurate forecasts.
  • Demonstrated overachievement of monthly and annual targets.
  • Training and/or certification in a standardized sales methodology, such as Sandler.
  • A strong understanding of how companies grow and confidence advising leaders on growth strategy.
  • Interest in business and technology.
  • A growth mindset and habit of seeking feedback for self-development.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities in a team setting, such as coaching, mentoring, or team projects.
