Description

  • Manage a book of 150 to 180 customer relationships, including both new and long-standing customers.
  • Work regularly with customers to understand their goals and connect them with the right resources to achieve them.
  • Partner with internal teams across onboarding, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals to solve customer needs.
  • Lead scheduled deep-dive meetings to review customer progress and provide strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Keep customers informed about new HubSpot features and help them fully adopt the platform.
  • Handle reactive customer needs such as invoice questions and software how-to requests.
  • Uncover, scope, and qualify opportunities for customers to expand their use of HubSpot products and services.
  • Identify technical roadblocks and recommend implementation and integration solutions.
  • Support ongoing partner relationships to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell rates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and a Nordic language.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account management role.
  • Strong business judgment with consultative problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the media and digital landscape.
  • A motivated self-starter who can achieve results under demanding expectations.
  • Highly organized, quick to learn, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort with financial conversations and cancellations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing, or the aptitude to learn it quickly and independently.
  • Experience working with or supporting partner relationships to drive acquisition, retention, and upsell (preferred).
